Founded as CIMCO (Commercial & Industrial Maintenance & Construction). The objective was to be a single-source solution for many of the most common needs in commercial and industrial facilities
2020
TC & Sons LLC Formed
TC & Sons LLC was formed to create a new structure to serve as a holding company for our more diversified offerings.
2021
Docking Direct/North Star Loading Dock Equipment Founded
North Star Loading Dock Equipment and Docking Direct were created to fill a need that became very clear with the supply chain challenges. Our goal was clear and simple. To manufacture high quality, made in America loading dock products.
2022
CDS Door & Entry Systems Was Founded
CDS Dock & Door was created as a full-service, single-source solution for all our customers' door and entry needs. After many years of involvement in the loading dock/overhead door industry, it was time to become a door dealer. This has allowed us to offer our customers lower prices and more options on any projects involving doors, entry systems, or access control.
